Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

It’s very easy to purchase an item on jansenholland.com. We divided all our brands and products in different categories, so you have a clear overview what you are looking for. When you find the fabric you want, just click on “add to cart” and the fabric will be waiting in the shopping cart untill you are ready to make your payment in the check out.
2: Where can I see the total cost of my order?
The quickest way to see the total cost of your order is to put your cursor on your shopping cart. A pop out will apear. Here you see a list of the items you have selected and it automatically sums up the total cost with the taxs included.
3. Does Jansenholland.com offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer our customers free delivery above €250.- in Europe excluding Switzerland and Canary Islands.
4. Which countries do you deliver?
We try to deliver in all countries. If our website doesn’t support delivering to your country please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will make a custom made offer.
5. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No we have no minimum, you can order one item only.
6. Can I order more then ten pieces of one specific fabric?
Yes, if you would like more then ten pieces of one specific color and design send us an email with your request.
7. Can I receive a sample?
We do not send out samples of our fabrics.
8. Do I need to register?
Yes, when you go to the check out for your payment, you need to create a private account. You only need to do this one time so the next time you want to order you can use your login.
Your private account contains a lot of benefits like your ordering history and a wishlist.
9.What payment options are available?
We offer you various options to make your payment as easy as possible. The options you can choose from are iDEAL, Bankwire/transfer, Mistercash, Sofortbanking and Paypal. If you would like to pay with you creditcard you can use Paypal.
10. Can I return my order?
Returning your product is easy. Go to your personal account and click on your order history. Here you can choose your order reference. Select the items you want to return and you can make your retour slip. Return your items within 14 days. The products should be unused, undamaged and complete with all the labels.
